Pre-construction
We will go through a ballpark estimate based on your space and project goals. If it is exterior work or small work not requiring a permit we will present a cost plus agreement. If the project is a remodel we will work with an architect and or designer to get a plan from which we can set the cost and goals of the project.
Our in-house team and trusted subcontractors walk through your space and to bid out the cost of your project. and work with you to make the right selection for your home. Pre construction typically takes 3-6 weeks to gather bids and project details. We will do everything up to submitting a bid to the city at this stage.
Permits are filled, crews have been scheduled and materials are ordered. Physical site work starts. Typically with site prep and lots of deliveries and staging of equipment, and then finally the space starts to transform.

Final walkthrough
This is the best part, everything has been completed and we talk about what things you love, what things you would perhaps have done differently and we get to celebrate your new space!
Next we schedule a time to come see your space in person. We will take measurements, get more specific project goals and details and go through any considerations unique to your project.
After receiving an inquiry we set up a phone call consultation to gather the basic info and goals of your project.
